Natural Stone Bathroom

Custom Natural Stone Bathroom Products

Choose actual slabs and blocks from our 10,000+㎡ natural stone warehouse for your custom bathtub, sink or vanity. Bathtubs and sinks can undergo a 24–48H water-holding test before shipment, while each finished piece is packed with shape-fitted foam and reinforced export crating based on its size and vulnerable areas.

Natural Stone Bathroom Production for Custom Projects

GLMStone produces custom stone bathtubs, sinks and vanities for designers, contractors, bathroom brands and hospitality projects. Our factory and stone stock support material selection across marble, travertine, limestone and onyx. 5-axis CNC handles curved profiles, deep bowls and drain openings, while experienced workers complete polishing, edge finishing and final adjustment.

Before shipment, we check natural stone for visible fissures with infrared inspection, carry out 1:1 dry fitting for multi-part pieces, and finish drain or faucet openings in the factory. Surface treatment is adjusted to the actual stone condition, while critical dimensions can be controlled within ±0.5 mm. 5-axis CNC also allows curved edges, thickened profiles and other complex details to be completed before final hand finishing.

Natural Stone Sinks & Vanities for Bathroom Projects

GLMStone can supply marble, travertine, limestone and other natural stones for your project, with sinks and vanities customized in different sizes, shapes, surface finishes and edge profiles based on your design requirements.

  • Sink and vanity top can be cut as one coordinated piece, with bowl size, faucet holes, backsplash and edge profile set from your cabinet drawing.

  • Width, wall fixing points, drain outlet and underside clearance are checked before cutting. Extra support can be planned for heavier or longer basins.

  • Bowl depth, drain position and countertop opening are confirmed first. The interior finish and sealing treatment are selected for regular water, oil and food-contact use.

  • Round, oval or rectangular bowls can be made with custom diameter, depth and rim thickness, then matched to your countertop and drain specification.

  • Outside size, bowl depth and drain center can be adjusted to your vanity layout. Honed or other low-gloss finishes are commonly used for a softer natural-stone surface.

Custom Marble Vanities

Natural Onyx Bathtubs for Custom & Backlit Bathrooms

Carved from one block, with tub size, bowl depth, rim profile and drain position set from your drawing.

Pink and amber bands are reviewed on the actual block, with translucency checked before cutting for backlit designs.

Green vein movement and lighter crystal areas are selected first, then matched to the tub layout before CNC carving.

Light-toned blocks are checked for color range and transmitted light, with wall thickness adjusted around the approved design.

Dark onyx varies more in light transmission, so the actual block is checked before any backlighting detail is fixed.

Blue-grey bands and crystal movement are reviewed before machining, with vein layout and lighting effect confirmed from the actual stone.

Key Controls for Custom Natural Stone Bathroom Products

MATERIAL & FABRICATION CONTROL
From Actual Stone Selection to Accurate CNC Fabrication

Our 10,000+㎡ natural stone warehouse gives your project more options in marble, travertine, limestone and onyx. Slab or block color, vein direction, visible fissures and usable size are checked before cutting. Approved drawings then guide 5-axis CNC machining for bowls, curved edges and openings, with critical dimensions controlled within ±0.5 mm where tighter tolerance is required.

PRE-SHIPMENT QUALITY CONTROL
Fit, Water and Packing Checks Before Delivery

Drain and faucet openings are completed in the factory where possible, reducing site drilling on finished stone. Bathtubs and fabricated sinks can undergo a 24–48H water-holding test according to product structure. Multi-part pieces are dry-fitted before packing, while vulnerable edges and corners are protected with shape-fitted foam and reinforced wooden or metal export crates.

Is Natural Stone Practical for a Bathroom?

Yes, but we would not choose the stone by color alone. Marble is common for tubs, sinks and vanity tops. Travertine and limestone need more attention to open pores and filling, while onyx may have natural fissures and different light transmission. For a wet-use product, we normally look at the actual stone condition, bowl area, drain detail and finish before cutting.

Which Natural Stone Should You Choose for a Sink, Vanity or Bathtub?

Marble is usually the most versatile starting point for this type of project because you have more choices in color, block size and finish. Travertine gives you a warmer, more textured surface. Limestone is quieter in pattern. Onyx is different—it is mainly chosen when translucency or backlighting is part of the design. Your drawing and maintenance expectation matter more than simply choosing the most expensive stone.

Do Natural Stone Bathroom Products Need Sealing?

We check the surface condition first and then apply the suitable penetrating sealer where required. Travertine and limestone normally need more attention because of their pore structure. A sealer can reduce water and stain absorption, but it does not make marble, onyx or limestone acid-proof. Vinegar, acidic scale removers and strong bathroom chemicals can still etch the surface.

What Details Should Be Confirmed Before We Start a Custom Sink or Bathtub?

Send us your drawing first. Drain center and faucet holes are marked on the shop drawing. We also check the bowl depth and finished outside size against your cabinet or installation space.
For a freestanding tub, overflow position, wall thickness and base contact area need another check. Finished weight is confirmed separately. Critical dimensions can be controlled to ±0.5 mm where the project requires it. Drain or faucet holes are normally machined in the factory.

How Should You Clean Marble, Travertine, Limestone or Onyx in a Bathroom?

Warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner are enough for most daily cleaning. Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
Do not use vinegar, lemon cleaner or strong acidic descaler, especially on polished marble and onyx. Soap residue or bath oil around the drain and vanity joint should be rinsed off early.

Can Natural Stone Stain or Etch in a Bathroom?

Yes. Marble, limestone, travertine and many types of onyx can still be etched by acidic cleaners, even after sealing. Travertine and limestone also absorb more easily if pores or filling areas are left open. We normally select the surface treatment after fabrication rather than applying the same sealer to every stone. Soap, bath oil and colored cosmetics should be cleaned before they stay on the surface for long periods.
