Marble Bench Manufacturer for Furniture and Project Orders
GLMStone has more than 20 years of natural stone fabrication experience, with a 10,000+㎡ factory and stone warehouse in Shuitou, Fujian. We work with around 15 long-term quarry partners and use 5-axis CNC, waterjet cutting and hand finishing for different bench shapes and stone details. Our stone furniture is supplied to residential, hospitality, commercial and landscape projects in overseas markets.
Your marble bench can start from a drawing, reference image or project specification. Length, seat thickness, support position, edge profile, surface finish and indoor or outdoor use are checked before production. Solid-stone, multi-piece and mixed stone-and-metal designs can all be developed around the actual installation condition and order quantity.
Send your bench size, quantity and reference design for stone checking and quotation.
Marble Benches for Indoor, Outdoor & Contract Spaces
Marble benches can be made in solid stone, curved forms or mixed with timber and metal. Size, support and finish change with where the bench will be used.

Black marble works well when you want stronger contrast. We review the actual stone tone and veins first, then match the exposed edges and base finish to your design.

Curved seats, rounded ends and non-standard profiles can be cut by 5-axis CNC from your approved drawing. Stone size and curve details are checked before machining starts.

Heavier stone bases are common in garden and landscape work. Ground contact, drainage and fixing points can be prepared from the site layout to reduce adjustment during installation.

Stainless steel, brass-tone or painted metal frames can all be used. We match the base size, fixing points and stone openings to the actual frame before production.

Oak, walnut or other timber bases can be matched with a marble seat. Fixing points are prepared from the base drawing so the stone and timber parts fit more easily during assembly.

Outdoor use needs a different check from indoor furniture. We review the stone, finish and support around your project location, exposure and installation conditions before production.

A solid-stone bench gets heavy quickly. We review the seat length, support position and floor contact together before confirming the stone thickness and base layout.

We check the actual white marble tone first, especially for entrances, hotel lobbies and lighter residential interiors.
Marble Benches for Interior and Outdoor Spaces
A marble bench can work as seating, a wall-side furniture piece or part of a larger architectural layout. Size, stone tone and surface finish can be adjusted around the room style, traffic level and indoor or outdoor location.

Long marble benches provide fixed seating along lobby walls, lift areas and wider hotel corridors.

Compact benches work at entrances, dressing areas or bed ends without taking up too much floor space.

Stone benches suit showrooms, boutiques and galleries where seating also forms part of the interior design.

Heavier marble benches can be used in courtyards, terraces and landscaped spaces with suitable stone and finish selection.
Bench Support and Reinforcement
For marble benches exceeding 1.5 to 2.4 meters, we review the seat span, stone thickness, support position and visible fissures together. Where the structure needs more support, concealed steel members, underside rodding or composite backing can be added around the actual bench design. Support points are fixed in the approved drawing first. Multi-part benches can then be dry-fitted before packing to check alignment and base contact.

Outdoor Marble Bench Stone Solutions
We review the project location before confirming the marble, surface finish and base details for an outdoor bench. Gardens, poolside areas and covered terraces do not have the same exposure conditions. Stone condition and available water-absorption data can be checked first, with a penetrating sealer applied where suitable. Drainage, base contact and stone-to-metal connections are then reviewed separately, with EPDM isolation pads added where rigid contact needs to be reduced.
In-Factory CNC Processing for Large & Multi-Part Marble Benches

Long and modular marble benches often require more than straight cutting. In our 10k+㎡ factory, CNC and 5-axis equipment handle curved seats, shaped ends, connection recesses and fixing details from the approved drawing. Parts from the same order stay under one production schedule, making it easier to check dimensions, matching points and repeated components before finishing and packing.
Marble Bench Planning Around the Way You Buy and Install
A public-space bench, hotel lobby bench and retail furniture SKU do not use the same fixing, floor-load or delivery plan. We check these details around where your bench will be installed, how it will be handled on site and what your team needs before delivery.

Public-space benches may need more than their own weight to keep them in position. If your landscape drawing calls for permanent fixing, anchor holes, recessed fixing points or stainless-steel inserts can be prepared in the stone base before shipment. Exposed seat edges can also use eased or rounded profiles instead of sharp corners. For areas where skateboard damage is a known issue, anti-skate inserts can be added to the edge layout before CNC machining.

A solid marble bench can place a high load on a small base area, especially over raised floors or large-format floor tiles. Give us the finished floor build-up and any project load limits before the base design is finalized. Bench weight and base contact dimensions can then be reviewed together. If your project requires it, we can add a wider support plate or resilient pad under the base to spread the load and reduce direct stone-to-floor impact.

You may start with a rendering, 3D model or reference image rather than a finished production drawing. We break the bench down into stone sections, support points, edge profiles and connection details before CNC work begins. If a solid-stone design is too heavy for the floor, lift or access route, hollowed sections, engineered stone backing or a concealed metal support can be reviewed as alternatives. Semi-KD construction can also make large pieces easier to move through the final site.

For repeat furniture orders, the problem often starts after the bench leaves the factory. Heavy stone tops can be packed separately from the base where the design allows, with locating points prepared before shipment so your customer does not need to drill the stone on site. Fitted EVA or high-density foam protects exposed corners inside the export crate. Model numbers, stone references and carton or crate labels can also follow your SKU list for receiving and redistribution.
Plan the Main Details of Your Marble Bench
Choose the marble, bench size, support layout and surface details before production. These points can be adjusted around your drawing, seating length, indoor or outdoor location and installation condition.
- Marble Types & Colors
- Bench Sizes
- Support & Base Options
- Surface & Edge Details

Yes. Marble exposed to strong sun will heat up, and darker colors usually absorb more heat than lighter stone. For uncovered outdoor projects, a lighter marble, shaded location or less heat-absorbing surface choice may be more comfortable. If the bench sits beside a pool, on a roof terrace or in a fully exposed plaza, tell us the site condition before the stone is selected.
Wipe away dust with a soft cloth and use a pH-neutral natural stone cleaner for daily cleaning. Coffee, wine, oil stains, and other stains should be wiped clean promptly. Avoid using vinegar, lemon-based cleaners, strong alkaline cleaners, and abrasive pads.
Yes, but the type of marble and its finish should be matched to the specific conditions of the site. The climate conditions for covered terraces, open-air gardens, and pool areas are not the same.
If your bench will be placed outdoors year-round, you need to consider the condition of the stone, water absorption rate, surface treatment, base contact, and drainage.
The lifespan of a marble bench is not fixed. With proper support and the use of suitable stone, a bench can last for more than ten years.
However, the marble material, seat span, installation method, foot traffic, and maintenance conditions will still affect its lifespan. Outdoor benches also face issues such as moisture, temperature changes, and pollution, all of which can impact their lifespan.
The price of marble benches varies greatly. The type of marble, the size of the bench, the thickness of the stone, the base structure, the surface treatment, and the quantity ordered all affect the price.
CNC machining of curved sections, carving details, mixed metal structures, or large solid stone sections typically require more material and processing time than simple linear worktables.
Minor edge chips can often be repaired with color-matched stone resin and local polishing, depending on the marble and damage location. If you have a larger break around a support point or structural joint, we recommend checking the damaged area separately before repair. For commercial projects, we can also keep the original stone reference and inspection photos, making later repair or replacement matching easier.
