Repeated Checks Before Cutting
A stone bathtub removes a large amount of material, so problems inside the block can become expensive after machining starts. We check the block size, visible fissures, vein direction and usable cutting area first. We also review the bathtub position on the block before CNC work. The purpose is simple: avoid weak areas where possible and keep the finished stone pattern under better control.
Dimensional Control During Machining
For a large solid-stone tub, small changes in the inner cavity can affect wall thickness, weight and drain position. We use 5-axis CNC for rough shaping and curved surfaces, but we do not leave everything to the machine. Key dimensions are checked during machining, then the rim, inner surface and drain area are inspected again before final polishing.

For architects & designers, the drawing is mainly a starting point. Send us the tub shape, target stone and installation details. Wall thickness, curves, drain area and available block size will be reviewed before cutting.
Approved size, finish and packing details can be kept for later orders. Before a repeat batch starts, we still check stone color and visible variation. Labels and export packing follow the confirmed order record.
A stone bathtub is heavy for contractors, so doorway, lifting route, drain location and installation space should be checked with the drawing first. Finished dimensions and inspection photos are provided before dispatch.

Use a soft cloth, clean water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid acidic or abrasive products, as they may dull or etch the marble surface. Wipe away soap and standing water regularly, especially around the drain and rim. Proper daily cleaning is more important than heavy cleaning later.
The price depends mainly on stone type, block size, bathtub dimensions, shape, wall thickness and machining difficulty. Packing and international freight also matter,For project quotations, we normally need the drawing, required stone and delivery destination.
