Start with the overall size, top thickness, edge profile and base structure. If the table needs to sit beside a sofa, bed or lounge chair, the finished height matters more than a standard catalog size.For project orders, we also confirm the marble, surface finish, vein direction and packing method before production. If several tables need to stay visually close, actual slabs should be reviewed as one batch.
Carrara and Calacatta are often selected for light interiors, while Nero Marquina, Verde Alpi and Rosso Levanto give a stronger color contrast. Beige and warm-toned marbles are also common in hotel and residential projects.
The stone name alone is not enough. Vein density, usable slab area and color variation can look quite different from one batch to another, so we normally confirm the actual material before cutting.
The price can vary a lot. A simple marble top with a metal base is usually easier to control than a full-stone table with thick edges, curved parts or a solid pedestal.
Stone choice also changes the cost. If you are comparing several designs for one project, send the size, quantity and preferred marble first. We can quote the different structures separately instead of treating every side table as the same product.
Some marble side tables can be used in covered or low-exposure outdoor areas, but the stone and finish should be chosen carefully. Strong sun, rain, freezing conditions and outdoor staining all affect long-term use.
For fully exposed outdoor projects, granite or some denser natural stones may be easier to maintain. If marble is required, sealing, drainage and the base material should be confirmed before production.
