Marble TV Stand Supply from Stone to Finished Cabinet
GLMStone works from a 10,000+㎡ factory in Shuitou, Fujian, with 5-axis CNC equipment and long-term cooperation with around 15 quarries. We have more than 20 years of stone fabrication experience and supply around 2,000 sets of marble TV stand each year to overseas markets. Marble selection, cutting, CNC work, cabinet matching, inspection and export packing are coordinated within the same supply chain.
For your marble TV stand, we can work from a drawing, reference image or existing model. Cabinet length, marble top thickness, storage layout, cable openings, ventilation, edge profile and base structure can all be adjusted before production. Single models, mixed designs and repeat batch orders are supported.
You can start with one model, mixed designs or a repeat batch.
Send us your size, quantity and reference design. We can check the stone use and cabinet details before quotation.

-
Grey Marble TV StandWe review the actual slab tone and veins before cutting. Batch orders can use closer-looking slabs for a more consistent result.
-
Marble Fireplace TV StandFireplace opening, ventilation space and cable route are set from the appliance dimensions before the cabinet goes into production.
-
Marble Floating TV StandYour wall condition, cabinet size and stone weight are checked first. We will hidden steel support and fixing points can be planned before production, reducing adjustment during installation.
-
Marble TV Stand with StorageDrawers, doors and open shelves can be arranged around your AV equipment and daily storage needs.
-
Modern Marble TV StandClean fronts can combine drawers, doors and open shelves. Cable openings and rear ventilation stay hidden where the layout allows.

GLMStone Makes a Real Marble TV Stand Different
Real marble changes the weight, structure and surface of a TV cabinet. The slab pattern is also different on every order. Support, cabinet material and exposed stone edges need to be considered together, especially on long or waterfall designs.

Actual slabs give each TV stand its own color and vein movement.

Top and side pieces can be laid out together before 45° miter cutting.

Different cabinet materials add storage without making the whole unit solid stone.

Drawers, shelves and equipment spaces can follow your cabinet drawing.
Metal Frame Reinforcement for Long Marble TV Stands
For a 1.8–2.4 m marble TV stand, we check the stone top, cabinet span and main bearing points together before the cabinet frame is released for production. A concealed carbon-steel or aluminum chassis can run under the stone-bearing area, with the load transferred through the cabinet structure instead of the drawer panels. If your project requires wall restraint, anti-tip fixing points can also be reserved on the rear frame and marked on the installation drawing.

Floating Mechanical Assembly to Reduce Stone Cracking and Top Detachment
On a marble top TV stand, the stone and timber-based cabinet should not be locked together across one long rigid joint. Stainless threaded inserts can be set under the stone, then connected to slotted brackets on the cabinet with bolts and washers. Your marble top stays located, while the slotted fixing leaves room for normal cabinet movement as humidity changes. The slot position and movement allowance are set from the cabinet material, overall length and actual fixing layout.
CNC Processing and Internal Production Support for Marble TV Stand

Your marble media console order usually involves more than one step. Stone cutting, cable openings, edge shaping, polishing, cabinet matching and packing need to work together, not separately. In our factory, different CNC machines and internal production areas support these steps under one schedule, so your drawings, stone parts and cabinet structure can be checked in a more practical way before shipment.
Marble TV Stand Solutions for Different Buyers
TV stand orders do not all use the same structure. Stone weight, cabinet construction, AV details and packing are checked from the actual project requirement.

We often pack the marble top separately with fitted EVA or high-density foam. Drawers and the cabinet body can stay pre-assembled, which is more suitable for semi-KD packing.
Locating pins or simple fixing points are prepared before shipment. On site, the marble top only needs to be positioned and fixed to the prepared cabinet. Model labels and packing instructions can be added for warehouse handling.

Send us the TV equipment and cable layout first. Rear fixing and anti-tip hardware are marked on the shop drawing. Grommet holes and ventilation openings are checked separately, including the required AV access and anti-tip details.
Your stone openings can be cut by CNC or waterjet where suitable. The edges are eased, with ABS or silicone grommets added where cables or equipment may touch the stone.

Your selected marble slab will be photographed. We lay out the top and side pieces together, then check the 45°miter position against the actual vein before cutting. This is where the waterfall vein layout is confirmed.
If your AV equipment sits behind closed fronts, tinted glass, fluted glass, timber slats or rear ventilation slots can be included in the same drawing.

If a solid marble slab makes the floating cabinet too heavy, a thinner natural-stone layer can be laminated to aluminum honeycomb backing.
The floating console structure may use a full-width French cleat or Z-clip fixed into wall studs or structural blocking, not drywall alone.
Plan Your Marble TV Stand Before Production
Stone selection is only one part of the order. Cabinet size, storage layout, cable access and installation method should also be confirmed before production. You can adjust these details around your TV size, AV equipment, room layout and project drawing.

Stone choice changes the price. We also look at top thickness, cabinet material and how much stone the design actually uses. A marble top with a wood cabinet normally uses less stone than a full-stone structure. Bookmatched panels, thicker edges, curved CNC work or special metal bases will add material and processing cost. Send your size, quantity and reference image first, and we can check the stone usage before quotation.
The stand is usually wider than the TV. Extra width also leaves space for a soundbar or equipment beside the screen. As a rough reference, a 65-inch TV often works with a cabinet around 160–200 cm, while a 75-inch TV may use 180–220 cm.
It can, if the cabinet and support structure are designed for the actual load.
A TV sitting directly on the stone top loads the cabinet differently from a wall-mounted screen. Amplifiers, speakers or game consoles inside the cabinet also need to be included in the load check.
Natural marble changes from slab to slab. Veins, color areas and mineral marks will not repeat exactly.
Faux marble usually uses printed laminate, veneer or other marble-look surfaces to reproduce the appearance of natural stone. If you want natural variation and a heavier stone feel, real marble is the better fit. If your priority is lower weight, easier replacement and more uniform color, faux marble may be more practical.
Polished marble shows more color and reflection. Honed finish is quieter and lower-gloss.
Dark marble may look deeper after polishing, but fingerprints can also show more easily. If your TV wall has strong lighting or large windows, honed is usually easier to live with. If you want the stone color and veins to stand out more, polished is the better direction.
Yes, but the fireplace model should be selected before the cabinet drawing is finalized.
We need the opening size, ventilation requirement and cable position from the fireplace supplier.
