The villa exterior used two contrasting limestone selections: White Wooden Vein Limestone and Manchu Caviar Limestone. Large-format panels were fabricated for the curtain-wall layout, with panel size, vein direction and visible joints coordinated before installation. The lighter linear stone was used against the darker Manchu Caviar sections to create a clearer façade rhythm.
